GigBuddy Data Deletion Request

GigBuddy gives you full control over your data. If you would like us to delete the personal information you have provided through the GigBuddy app, follow the steps below.

How to request data deletion

1. Send an email to: support@rubo.ai

2. Subject line: "GigBuddy Data Deletion Request"

3. In the body of the email, include:

• The email address you used to sign up for GigBuddy

• Your full name as entered during onboarding

• Your company name (if applicable)

What we delete

When we receive your request, we will permanently delete the following from our systems:

- Your contractor profile (name, company, email, phone)

- All jobs, quotes, and change orders you have created

- All client records you have stored in GigBuddy

- All voice recordings, photos, and notes attached to your jobs

- Your account and any associated identifiers

How long it takes

We will confirm your request within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days of receiving your request, as required under applicable privacy laws including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we may retain

In limited cases, we may retain certain information to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or enforce our terms. Any retained data will not be used for any other purpose and will be deleted when no longer required.

Locally stored data

GigBuddy stores some data on your device (offline cache). To remove this immediately, uninstall the GigBuddy app from your device.
